kat sini aku tgk...Honda sgt mengutamakan pelanggan..of cos..bila dah beli kereta, nak pikir servis pulak kan..dan dah tentu lah customer nak service centre yg easy access...just give a call, pilih masa yg sesuai dan hantar aje lah..this is what we call..co-creation..customers have right to get involve dalam mendapatkan perkhidmatan terbaik...bukan hanya penyedia perkhidmatan yang fikirkan everything...
Customers get educated from time to time...they want to pay the value for their money...mcm cth McD..kalo pergi McD skrg dah ada kiosk untuk mereka pilih sendiri menu apa yang depa suka, byr kat situ...pastu oder tadi akan dihantar ke meja terus...bayangkan, makan ala2 junk food aje tapi service high class punya..dan teknologi ni rasanya McD aje yg pakai buat masa ni...tapi tak lama akan di follow oleh syarikat lain...
That's why McD always ahead..they are the leaders in the industries...cos they always introduce new invention for their service and products..
